I started Kynetx because I saw too many local businesses overpaying for 'bloated' IT packages from large service providers. Small business owners need to have cost effective IT solutions they understand, a provider they can trust, and access to secure technology.

Alex’s Story
While college degrees and IT certifications can meet requirements, they can’t substitute for generational expertise that exceeds expectations. Long before Alex enlisted in the United States Army as a Military Policeman, he was building computers and troubleshooting network issues with his father. Being an IT service provider wasn’t just a career path—it was the family business and his first passion.
While in the Arizona Army National Guard, Alex served in multiple high-stakes roles as a Military Policeman. He operated as an Intelligence Analyst on a counter-narcotics task force, served as a Military Police Squad Leader, and was trusted as his unit’s Senior Gunner. In 2018, he was selected to deploy to Kabul, Afghanistan, as an Executive Protection Agent for the 4-Star Commanding General of Resolute Support.
To put it simply: Alex understands security!
After separating from the military in 2020, he pursued higher education at the distinguished Thunderbird School of Global Management, graduating in 2021 with a Master of Arts in Global Affairs and Management.
In the years following graduation, Alex leveraged his passion and legacy knowledge of technology to solve complex IT problems. This expertise fueled his career as a Project Manager, and made him the go-to resource for his colleagues facing technical hurdles.
In 2025, Kynetx was founded. After seeing how IT service providers struggle to bridge the gap between small business needs and affordable technology, Alex stepped in. He recognized that outdated systems and poor customer service were costing the Phoenix community too much.
